Check the payments' correctness against the related claims and remittance information.

Recognise the various denial codes and their meanings to ensure proper system classification.

Find and notify the supervisor right away of any inconsistencies, missing data, or odd payment trends.

Accurately record all posting activities and associated actions in the billing system.

To guarantee smooth information flow and settle any billing disputes, work well with other revenue cycle departments, particularly AR and Charge Entry.

Attend team meetings and training sessions to keep abreast of industry developments and new procedures.

Skills
Outstanding data entry abilities with a high degree of speed and accuracy.
