Effectively and professionally answer a large number of incoming and outgoing customer calls, mostly in Kannada.

Respond to consumer questions with interest, comprehend their requirements, and offer precise information and answers.

Direct complicated problems or open questions to the proper supervisors or departments.

Reach or surpass the key performance indicators (KPIs) for resolution rates, customer happiness, and call handling time.

Educational Qualification: Any ITI graduation
