Job Description

The Charge Entry Executive is responsible for accurately entering patient demographic information, medical coding (CPT, ICD-10), and charges into the medical billing system. This role involves ensuring accuracy and completeness of data to facilitate timely and accurate claim submissions.

Responsibility:

Check and confirm the accuracy and completeness of patient data and medical coding.

To make filing claims easier, make sure that all charges are entered accurately and on time.

Examine medical records to guarantee proper charge capture and coding.

Make sure that facility and provider facts are entered accurately.

Enter and maintain charge information using medical billing software and systems.

Continue to be proficient with all pertinent tools and software.

Qualification: Any Basic Degree
