Responsibilities

Start making follow-up calls to insurance firms to enquire about unresolved claims.

Check the status of your claim and determine the cause of any delays or denials.

Respond to questions from patients and explain billing statements.

Negotiate payment agreements and establish payment plans.

Take remedial measures to stop denials in the future.

Provide performance and activity reports for AR.
