Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Customer Communication: Contact customers to collect overdue payments and negotiate payment plans in a professional and courteous manner.

2. Account Monitoring: Monitor assigned accounts, document collection efforts, and resolve payment discrepancies efficiently.

3. Relationship Building: Build positive relationships with customers by addressing inquiries and resolving invoice disputes.

4. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare statements, invoices, and collection letters while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

5. Policy Adherence: Follow company policies and stay informed about relevant industry regulations and best practices.

6. Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with the accounts receivable team and other departments to resolve issues and improve collection processes.

Experience: 1 to 4 yrs

Qualification: Any Basic Degree 

Salary: From 18K per month
