Responsibilities

In a prompt and effective manner, handle and settle denials and overdue AR.

To address payment disparities and claim denials, follow up with insurance providers and customers.

Examine denials, spot patterns, and offer suggestions for development.

Assist internal teams in making sure that all claims are submitted accurately and completely.

Records of follow-up actions and correspondence with payers should be kept up to date.

Verify adherence to industry regulations and company policies.

Provide reports on the status of AR and offer suggestions for enhancing the collection procedures.

Qualification: Any Basic Degree
