Your Impact:

We are seeking a highly accurate and efficient Charge Entry Executive to join our medical billing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of medical terminology, CPT and ICD-10 coding, and insurance guidelines. You will be responsible for the timely and accurate entry of patient demographic and charge information into our billing system, ensuring clean claim submissions and minimizing claim denials.

Key Responsibilities:

Verify patient insurance information and ensure proper billing procedures.

Identify and resolve discrepancies in patient information and charge entry.

Maintain accurate records of all charge entry activities.

Ensure timely and accurate charge entry to meet deadlines.

Communicate with billing and coding teams to resolve charge entry issues.

What you Need:

Strong understanding of medical terminology, CPT, and ICD-10 coding.

Proficiency in using medical billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and speed.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree
