Job Description

Responsibilities:

Call insurance firms to enquire about unresolved claims.

Examine and address underpayments, rejections, and claim denials.

Examine and find inconsistencies in the Explanation of Benefits (EOBs).

As necessary, submit appeals and updated claims.

Keep a record of every conversation and action in the billing system.

Skills:

solid knowledge of medical billing terms and practices.

familiarity with the processing and payment of insurance claims.

outstanding communication skills both in writing and speaking.

the capacity to evaluate and decipher EOBs.

Role: AR Caller

Experience: 1 to 6 yrs

Qualification: Any Basic Degree

Salary: Based on Previous work Experience
