Accurately enter the patient's name, address, birthday, and contact information in the billing system.

Enter and validate the patient's insurance information, including policy numbers, group numbers, and payer details.

Verify the patient's insurance benefits and eligibility.

Examine and correct any missing information or discrepancies in patient registration forms and related documentation.

Ensure patient privacy and data security in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
