Skills required:

a track record of success as an AR caller or in a related medical billing collections position.

strong familiarity with medical billing and insurance procedures, including payer guidelines, ERAs, and EOBs.

knowledge of insurance payment procedures and medical billing codes (CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10).

familiarity with billing software and practice management systems.

Outstanding written and verbal negotiation and communication abilities.
