Responsibilities

Follow up on unpaid or rejected claims by proactively contacting insurance companies by phone and online.

Analyse EOBs and remittance advices to look into and address claim rejections, underpayments, and denials.

Speak with patients about billing questions, payment options, and unpaid amounts.

To find the underlying causes and put corrective measures in place, identify and examine denial trends.

Respect HIPAA guidelines and uphold stringent patient confidentiality.

Qualification: Any Basic Degree

Location: In and Around Chennai
