Key Responsibilities:

Enter comprehensive encounter data, such as dates of service, providers who provided the service and those who referred it, and facility specifics.

Make sure that diagnosis and procedure codes are correctly linked to support medical necessity.

To reduce errors, confirm that the data entered matches the original papers.

Assure timely task completion while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.

Respect all local data privacy laws that apply in Chennai as well as all pertinent healthcare requirements, such as HIPAA.

Freshers from 24 and 25 Batch are welcomed. Immediate Joiners are mostly Preferred.
