Responsibilities

Enter medical billing data into the system with accuracy and efficiency.

Review and confirm, adhering to established criteria and protocols, the completeness and accuracy of the data entered.

Quickly answer questions from clients and address any problems or worries they may have with medical billing.

Deliver exceptional customer service by politely and professionally responding to queries from clients and delivering information.

Preserve the privacy and security of private clients and medical data.

Work together as a team to guarantee efficient operations and timely task fulfillment.

Become knowledgeable about US medical billing legislation and trends in the business.

Comply with all business policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to productivity goals and quality standards.
