Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Demo Entry Executive to join our medical billing team. In this critical role, you will accurately translate physician documentation into billable charges within our practice management system.

Requirements:

Accurately and timely enter patient charges into the practice management system based on medical documentation (typically from medical transcription or dictation).

Accurately enter patient demographics, insurance information, and other relevant data.

Verify the accuracy and completeness of all entered data

Review and verify the accuracy of CPT, ICD-10-CM, and other relevant codes.

Identify and correct any coding errors

Skills:

Data Entry Skills: Accuracy and speed in data entry.

Medical Terminology: Basic understanding of medical terminology.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in using practice management software and other relevant computer applications.
