Responsibilities

Precise uploading of patient demographic information, Charge Entry, or Payment Posting transactions into the customer's revenue cycle software

Make an effort to meet the productivity requirements.

Respect the turnaround time criteria specified by the customer.

Engage fully in all training sessions, including induction, client-specific, and follow-up training on invoicing and compliance.

possess a deep understanding of how the process affects customer KPIs.

Respect the information security policies of the organization.

Conduct yourself morally at all times.
