Job Description

We are looking for a QA Analyst with attention to detail to join our medical billing team. The ideal applicant will be in charge of making sure that medical billing procedures are accurate, comprehensive, and compliant. To enhance overall billing performance, you will create and implement quality assurance protocols, carry out audits, and offer comments.

Duties:

Create and execute checklists and quality assurance protocols for medical billing procedures.

To guarantee accuracy and compliance, audit medical billing records, claims, and payment postings.

To suggest process enhancements, find and examine patterns in mistakes and denials.

Work together with the coding and billing teams to put corrective and preventative actions (CAPA) into place.

Determine the underlying reasons for claim denials by analysing denial trends.

To lower refusal rates, provide the coding and billing teams comments.
