Job Description

To join our Revenue Cycle Management team, we are looking for an AR Analyst that is very driven and meticulous. By guaranteeing prompt payment for medical services, you will be a key contributor to better cash flow as an AR Analyst.

What you will do:

Examine and resolve denied or underpaid claims with insurance companies.

Create and maintain relationships with insurance companies to obtain authorisations and expedite the claims processing procedure.

Look for and address discrepancies in patient accounts receivable.

Analyse and resolve any discrepancies between patient statements and insurance payments.

What we need:

strong understanding of medical billing and coding principles, including ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to look at data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.

proficiency with data analysis software, including Excel spreadsheets.

thorough attention to detail along with the ability to identify and correct errors in patient records.
