We need Remote, work from home Customer Support Representatives to respond to customer requests over email and in our ticketing system, live chats, on-screen shares, and video conferencing as needed. CSRs report to our team leaders and work collaboratively with our global team of Support Professionals.

You need to have an organized workplace with a modern enough computer, webcam, preferably a good microphone/headset, stable and high speed internet, and an environment that allows you to conduct professional presentations with minimal interruption.

We are a project management company that fully embraces remote work.

This is an Entry Level full time Position, no Experience required and we will provide paid training.

The pay is $34 per hour and you will get full benefits such as PTO, medical and dental once you successfully complete training.
