Description

 

Peter Hsueh-Yuan Huang Personal Real Estate Corporation specializes in the purchase, rental, management of residential and commercial residences in the lower mainland. Our team is looking to add a full time, permanent administrative assistant.

 

As the Administrative Assistant, the candidate is required to complete the following:

 

•           Prepare, edit, review, and send any correspondence, documents, invoices, and reports required by management.

•           Open and distribute incoming mail/email. Ensure all incoming correspondence is distributed to the appropriate department.

•           Handle phone inquiries regarding the company’s services. Take and forward messages to the appropriate department for follow-ups.

•           Organize and maintain all digital and paper files.

•           Maintain office inventory and supplies. Place orders in a timely manner. 

•           Create and update all business, operations, or other service manuals, as required.

•           Schedule appointments and book conference rooms for managers and agents

•           Assist in the verification of commission calculations and track all closing deadlines and requirements.

•           Organize and attend internal meetings. Take meeting minutes and distribute them to internal staff.

•           Prepare all monthly summaries and reports for management review.

 

 

Highlight of Qualification

•           Completion of secondary education is required

•           Completion of 1-2 year post-secondary education in office administration or 1-2 year of related work experience is required

•           Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work in a multi-tasking environment

•           Ability to operate a computer using a variety of desktop technology and other standard office equipment. Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications at an intermediate level.

•           Ability to deal effectively with people

•           Excellent customer service and communication skills

 

Employment Conditions

Vacancy: 1

Term of Employment: Permanent, Full Time

Compensation: $26 Per Hour, 40 Hours Per Week
