Description

Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:

  • Arrange, and co-ordinate conferences, seminars, etc.
  • Answer phone calls, and emails, provide customer service 
  • schedules confirm appointments, and manage contracts.
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
  • Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements,
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests.
  • Maintains supplies inventory, anticipating needed supplies, and placing and expediting orders for supplies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Perform basic book-keeping tasks

Language Requirements: English

Education: 1-2 year College certificate or Diploma

Experience: 1-2 year

Tech: MS-Windows, Ms-word, Excel, Accounting software, Outlook, office
