Description
Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:
- Arrange, and co-ordinate conferences, seminars, etc.
- Answer phone calls, and emails, provide customer service
- schedules confirm appointments, and manage contracts.
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements,
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintains supplies inventory, anticipating needed supplies, and placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Perform basic book-keeping tasks
Language Requirements: English
Education: 1-2 year College certificate or Diploma
Experience: 1-2 year
