Position: Full time Cook

Vacancy: 2

Main Duties:

-Set up workstation with all needed ingredient and cooking equipment.

-Prepare and cook food according to recipes.

-Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food-handling practices.

-Order or receive food supplies after selecting best qualities.

-Have a solid understanding of different cuisines and food preparation methods.

-Ensure all food meet food safe and quality standard.

-Clean kitchen and work area.

-May schedule and/or train kitchen helpers.

Qualification:

- Completion of secondary school is required.

- 2+ years of cooking experience is required.

- Cooking experience in Japanese food may be an asset.

Working Hours: 35 ~ 40 per week

Working(Business Location): 105-2900 Bainbridge Avenue, Burnaby, BC, V5A 2S8

Wage: $16.75~ $18.00 per hour (to be discussed)
