Responsibilities

Strong analytical skills; 

Team leadership experience; 

Fluency in the local language and environment are requirements;

Review right away with the group and take the appropriate action.

Support and accompany field collectors on their assignments; 

respond to customer inquiries promptly; 

show patience and resilience; 

understand state laws pertaining to debt collection; 

periodically review the corporate debtor list and monitor the accounts; 

search for previous debt and bill information;

Educate clients on notice warnings that should be sent when payments are late; 

keep an eye on collection cases when debtors fail to make payments; 

be conversant with accounting protocols and payment schedules;

and be proficient with collections software.

Role: Team Lead - Bank

Experience: 1 to 3 yrs

Qualification: Any Basic Degree 

Salary: From 22K per month

Location: Chennai
