THE POSITION

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this role, you will hand insert letters, documents, and enclosures into envelopes according to established procedures. This may involve operating basic bindery equipment and assisting with a variety of other duties associated with mail metering and mail pick-up and distribution functions. Your responsibilities will also include verifying that all information on envelopes and inserts matches before sealing, handling sensitive materials with care and discretion, and maintaining accuracy, quality, and consistency while meeting production deadlines.
Our team will rely on you to follow all security, confidentiality, and chain-of-custody requirements at all times, as well as report errors, discrepancies, or security concerns immediately. Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Essential employee – you will be required to report to work during emergencies and office closings.
- Work hours are second shift 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as a Mail Production Assistant; or
- One year of clerical experience; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirements:
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
