Job Description:

- Wage: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour

- Hours of Work: 30 - 40 hours per week

- Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent

- Benefit: 4% of gross salary or 10 days of paid vacation

- Positions Available: 2

Job Duties:

- Prepare dough and bake various baked goods and pies according to established recipes.

- Ensure the quality of products meets established standards.

- Bake bread and cookies, and fry doughnuts.

- Adhere to a production schedule to ensure timely preparation of all baked goods

- Maintain an inventory record for baking supplies.

- Create a daily kitchen schedule.

- Monitor and maintain the proper oven temperature

Job Requirements:

- Education: Completion of Secondary school is required.

- Experience: Completion of a three-or four-year apprenticeship program for bakers or Completion of college or other programs for bakers OR over 1-2 years of experience as a baker is required.
