Duties and Responsibilities as a Construction Vice President (NOC 00015) ,but not limited

1. Work with the senior management team of superstar luxury homes ltd to ensure that the construction project matches the company's luxury positioning and carefully plan the execution of high-end residential projects.

• Develop and approve policies for high-end residential construction to ensure that they meet the needs of ultra-high-end customers.

• Establish and empower key construction and design teams to ensure they have the expertise and resources required to create luxury homes for superstar luxury homes ltd.

• Allocate top craftsmanship materials and experienced construction teams to high-end residential projects to ensure that each residence represents the high-quality commitment of superstar luxury homes ltd.

• Screen team leaders and experts with luxury real estate experience to ensure the smooth progress of the project.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of the design, construction and marketing departments to ensure the perfect execution of high-end residential projects.

7. Represent superstar luxury homes ltd in negotiations with suppliers and partners to ensure the company's leadership position in the luxury real estate market..
