Immediate Hiring – Payroll Executive (Admin Department)
Job Position: Admin Payroll
Job location: Chennai
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Salary: Above 20k per month
Roles and Responsibilities:

Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees.

Maintain and update employee payroll records, attendance, and leave data.

Calculate salary, overtime, incentives, deductions, and reimbursements.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, and other labor laws.

Handle employee queries related to salary, payslips, and deductions.

Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for smooth payroll operations.
-
Generate and submit payroll-related reports to management.
