 Job Description:

We are hiring an HR Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition for a manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing end-to-end recruitment processes and coordinating with department heads for manpower planning.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, technical, and staff positions

• Source candidates using job portals, references, and walk-ins

• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and follow up with candidates

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment MIS reports

• Coordinate with department heads for workforce planning

• Support HR team in onboarding and documentation

 Qualification:

• Any Degree / MBA in HR or relevant field

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Knowledge of recruitment tools and MS Office

Salary: As per industry standards (Negotiable based on experience)
