Need Experienced Candidates for HR Admin Position
Job description
Responsibilities
Manage the entire hiring process and keep a pipeline of qualified applicants for upcoming openings.
Before presenting it to line managers, conduct interviews over the phone or in person.
Arrange interviews and meetings with the relevant department team leads.
Use CV evaluations and interview comments to choose which prospects to accept or reject.
Act as the candidate's point of contact for inquiries
Reach weekly goals for emails and phone conversations.
Carry out the daily tasks and responsibilities related to HR.
Experience: 1 to 3 yrs
Salary: Based on Previous work experience
Location: Chennai
Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
