1. PROPERTY TYPE: The type of properties we prefer are residential with 1-4 units. (The property must be non-owner occupied.)

2. SALE PRICE:  The sale price of the property must not exceed the FHA maximum loan amount.

3. SIZE OF HOUSE: The maximum amount of square feet the house should be. Maximum sq ft. = 2800.

4. PROPERTY FEATURES: The maximum amount of bedrooms and bathrooms the property should have. Maximum = 5 bedrooms/3 bathrooms.

5. SIZE OF PROPERTY: The maximum amount acres the property should cover. Maximum = 1/2 acre.

Anyone with higher credit scores of 680 and above and a down payment of 20% or more may skip steps 3, 4, and 5.
