19.16.010 - Purpose and application.

 

The purpose of the Estate (E) district is to designate areas suitable for larger lot residential living environments. Uses are limited to those typical of and compatible with quiet residential neighborhoods. The minimum lot size shall be one-quarter (¼) acre (ten thousand eight hundred ninety (10,890) square feet) unless the E district is combined with the Lot Size combining district (Chapter 19.54 of this title) where a larger minimum lot size is specified.
