Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time

Wage: $25.00~$30.00 per hour

Working Hours: 30~40 hours per week

Benefit: 10 days paid vacation or 4% of gross pay for vacation remuneration.

Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook authentic Korean BBQ dishes, side dishes, soups, and stews.
• Plan menus and develop new items reflecting Korean cuisine.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff in cooking, portioning, and food safety.
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and compliance with health regulations.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize food waste.
• Coordinate kitchen operations during busy service hours.

Requirement:

Education: Completion of High school

Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in commercial cooking is required OR cooks trade certification or equivalent credentials, training and experience are required
