Market Fresh Guelph is looking for full time Baker at 10 Paisley St, Guelph, ON N1H 2N6, Canada. There is 1 position available.

Main duties are as follows but not limited to:

• Prepare dough for pies, bread (experience with sourdough bread), rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders
• Bake mixed doughs and batters
• Frost and decorate cakes or other baked goods
• Ensure quality of products meets established standards
• Draw up production schedule to determine type and quantity of goods to produce
• Purchase baking supplies
• May oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods
• May hire, train and supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff.
• Overnight shift position

Hours of work are 40 hours/week. Pay is $18/hour. Successful candidates must speak English. No education is required. Minimum work experience is 6 months hands on experience.
