Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time

Wage: $15.00-$22.00 per hour (to be negotiated)

Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week

Benefit: 4% of salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation.

Job Duties:

- Prepare and make various types of Japanese dishes on the menu.

- Complete Japanese dishes in various utensils, or grillers.

- Arrange and garnish dishes.

- Train and supervise kitchen staff.

- Check food stocks and order to maintain food supplies.

- Clean and inspect the kitchen area.

Job Requirements:

- Education: Completion of high school is required

- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of cooking experience OR completion of college or other programs in cooking or food safety is required.
