Job Position: Cook

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hourly Wage: C$16.75~C$18.00 (depending on experience)

Work Hours: 30~40 hours per week

Vacation: 10 days of paid vacation per year or 4% of gross salary

Job Location: Surrey, BC

Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook Korean dishes from menu including fried chicken, soup, noodle, hot pot, etc.
• Marinate beef, pork and chicken for BBQ 
• Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
• Supervise and train kitchen helpers
• Ensure quality of food and proper size of food portions
• Maintain inventory and records of food, kitchen supplies and equipment and order supplies
• Clean and kitchen and work area

Requirements:

Completion of secondary school is required.

A minimum of 2 years of commercial cooking experience is required.
