 We are currently hiring a full-time Food Service Supervisor at our location: Unit 140, 8211 Ackroyd Rd, Richmond BC. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of our quality.

Job Position: Food Service Supervisor

Salary: $20 per hour; 30-35 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the store
• Supervise and coordinate activities of food service staff in the store, such as crafting tea beverages, and packaging food for customers, etc.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
• Train new staff and provide ongoing training for existing staff
• Handle customer inquires and complaints effectively
• Implement and maintain quality control measures
• Schedule staff shifts and always ensure proper staffing is available
• Collaborate with management to improve service and efficiency
• Ensure that all team members are properly trained to use all equipment in the store

Requirement:

• High school graduate or higher
• At least 1 year of successful food and beverage experience required; Experience in supervisory or managerial position is a strong asset
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
