Job Duties:

-Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and scalability within a technology-driven manufacturing environment.

-Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements to integrate advanced technologies, such as 3D simulation tools, into the production workflow.

-Advise on market expansion strategies, identifying opportunities in both residential and commercial sectors to increase market share.

-Collaborate with design and production teams to align product offerings with emerging market trends and customer preferences.

-Evaluate and optimize supply chain management to ensure timely procurement of materials and delivery of finished products.

-Provide financial analysis and budgeting support to improve cost-effectiveness and profitability.

-Assist in developing customer relationship management strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

-Recommend organizational structure adjustments to support growth and improve interdepartmental communication.

-Monitor industry developments to keep the company at the forefront of cabinetry design and manufacturing innovations.

-Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management, outlining findings, recommendations, and implementation plans.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree is required

Experience: Several years of relevant experience is required.
