Our restaurant is located in Kamloops downtown and fully serves Japanese style cuisine such as fresh sashimi, special sushi rolls, donburi, party tray and so on. We are always trying to welcome our valued customers with lovely smile. Now we are looking for the experienced Food Service Supervisor who would love to be part of our lovely team members!

Position: Food Service Supervisor

Responsibilities:

- Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

Requirement:

- Completion of secondary school
- 2+ years of work experience as a supervisor in a restaurant is required.

Wage and working hours: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour with 30-35 hours a week.
