We are fully serving Korean style BBQ in Richmond, BC. We have been operating since February 2013 in Richmond, BC. Now we are hiring an experienced Food Service Supervisor.

Employer: Gangnam B.B.Q. Restaurant Ltd. (o/a Gangnam Korean BBQ)

Position: Food Service Supervisor.

Vacancy: 1 

Responsibilities:

- Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food.

- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.

- Establish work schedules and procedures.

-Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.

- Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures.

-Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.

 Requirement:

- Completion of secondary school.

- 2+ years of supervisor experience in a restaurant is required.

-  Fluent English communication skills would be an asset

 Working Conditions:

Wage: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour.

Working Hours: 30-40 hours a week and 4% of gross income for paid vacation per year.
