Campbell River Lodge is a 2-star hotel located in Campbell River, BC. We provide accommodation services by the riverside with a beautiful view of Campbell River. We also have a liquor store at the hotel carrying various beers and wines. We are now hiring an experienced Retail Sales Supervisor.

Employer: Ian S Lee Investment Ltd. (o/a Campbell River Lodge).

Position: 2 Full-time Sales Supervisor-Retail

Working Condition:

Working (Business) Location: 1760 Island Hwy, Campbell River, BC, V9W 2E7

Wage: $23.50 - $24.00 per hour

Working Hour: 30 ~ 40 hours a week.

Benefit: 4% from gross income for paid vacation per year.

Duties:

- Supervise the activities of sales staff and cashiers to make sure they are following the employment standards.
- Respond to the requests and complaints made by the customers.
- Establish the work schedules and assign job duties to other staff.
- Manage the inventory and arrange orders for the items that are low in stock.
- Ensure a clean and organized working environment.
- Hire and train new staff and conduct the work performance evaluation.
- May perform the same duties as workers supervised.

Requirement:

- Completion of secondary school is required.

- 2+ years of supervisory working experience in the retail industry is required.
