Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tool Room Engineer to manage and support tool room activities in a manufacturing environment. The role involves overseeing the design, development, maintenance, and repair of tools, jigs, fixtures, moulds, and dies used in production processes.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with conventional and CNC machines, knowledge of tool design software, and the ability to interpret engineering drawings. You will be responsible for ensuring that all tools meet quality standards and are available on time to support uninterrupted production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture, assemble, and maintain tools, jigs, fixtures, and dies

• Operate and supervise CNC and manual machines

• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

• Troubleshoot tool issues and perform preventive maintenance

• Collaborate with production and design teams to optimize tooling

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical / Tool & Die Engineering

• 2–4 years of experience in tool room operations

• Knowledge of CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)

• Strong understanding of machining processes and materials

• Good problem-solving and communication skills
