Keep Systems Running Smoothly – BMS Operator Needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) for daily facility operations.

• Supervise and control HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and fire alarm systems.

• Respond promptly to system alarms, faults, and emergencies.

• Perform routine checks, inspections, and minor troubleshooting through BMS.

• Maintain accurate logs and reports of system performance and events.

• Coordinate with maintenance teams for corrective and preventive actions.

• Ensure compliance with safety, energy efficiency, and operational standards.

Location: Chennai

Experience: 2 to 4 years

Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation or related field.

Salary: Above 28k per month
