Job Title: Trainee Operator – Production Department

Education Qualification:  ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields
Experience: 0 to 3 years
Salary: Above 19k per month
Location: Chennai

Shift: Male - Rotational

         Female- Day, Night Shift

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in operating and monitoring production machines.

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and supervisor instructions.

• Maintain quality checks during production.

• Support in maintaining cleanliness and safety on the shop floor.

• Learn and adapt to production processes and machine handling.

• Work in coordination with the production team to meet daily targets.

Skills Required:

• Willingness to learn and work in shifts.

• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Team spirit and commitment to safety standards.
