Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily production activities
• Ensure timely delivery, quality control, and line balancing
• Monitor and improve manufacturing efficiency and output
• Coordinate with design, quality, and maintenance teams
• Handle shift schedules, manpower allocation, and machine utilization
• Implement 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen practices
• Maintain production records and generate reports

 Key Skills Required:

• Production Planning
• Process Improvement
• Team Supervision
• Knowledge of CNC / VMC / Assembly Lines
• Quality Tools (7 QC Tools, Root Cause Analysis)
• SAP / ERP Software (preferred)
• MS Excel, Reporting
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Salary: 40,000 – 50,000 per month
(Negotiable based on skills and current CTC)
 Shift: Day Shift / General Shift
 Location: Chennai Industrial Area (Mention specific zone if needed)

 Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years in a production role in a manufacturing setup
• Good technical understanding of processes and machinery
• Capable of managing operators and meeting production targets
• Immediate joiners preferred or with short notice
