Be a Leader – Shift Incharge Role in Operations

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and dedicated Shift Incharge to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow during assigned shifts. The role involves supervising staff, allocating tasks, monitoring production or service activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Shift Incharge will also be responsible for maintaining shift records, resolving operational issues, and coordinating with management to achieve production or service targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and problem-solving skills, the ability to manage a team effectively, and flexibility to work in rotational shifts. Prior experience in a supervisory or team leader role within manufacturing, operations, or service industry will be an added advantage.

Location: Chennai

Experience: 0 to 3 years

Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or any relevant field.

Salary: Above 22k per month
