Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Paintshop Maintenance Head to lead and manage all maintenance activities within the paintshop. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, minimize downtime, and maintain high-quality standards by overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance, managing resources, and implementing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure the paintshop machinery and equipment are operating efficiently and safely.

• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities to reduce equipment downtime and production interruptions.

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues in paintshop systems and resolve them promptly.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during maintenance operations.

• Collaborate with production and quality teams to improve paintshop efficiency, throughput, and product quality.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or a related field.

• Proven experience in maintenance management within paintshops, automotive, or heavy manufacturing environments.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Good knowledge of paintshop equipment such as spray booths, ovens, conveyors, and robotics.

• Familiarity with safety standards, quality systems, and maintenance software (CMMS).
