Job Description:

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Shift Incharge to manage daily operations during assigned shifts in our manufacturing/production facility. The ideal candidate will oversee the team, ensure smooth workflow, maintain quality standards, and meet production targets while adhering to safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff during the shift.

• Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met.

• Monitor machinery and equipment to prevent downtime or operational issues.

• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

• Train, guide, and support team members to improve efficiency and performance.

Location: Chennai

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.

Salary: Above 25k per month
