Job Description: Paintshop HOD (Head of Department)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all paintshop operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.

• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure optimal resource utilization.

• Supervise the preparation, coating, curing, and finishing processes while ensuring compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.

• Monitor and maintain equipment performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.

• Ensure proper handling and storage of paints, chemicals, and hazardous materials as per regulatory guidelines.

• Train, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and safety awareness.

• Collaborate with other departments such as production, quality assurance, and logistics to streamline operations and achieve company goals.

Experience: 8 to 10 years

Qualification: B.E

Salary: Above 60k per per month
