Customer Service Representative Duties:
1. Respond to routine telephone inquiries
2. Provide Providers with status on claims, authorizations and eligibility
3. Provide status and assist members with claims, authorizations, eligibility and other issues.
4. Finalize all member issues that you are handling. Will follow-up with member and keep the member informed on your progress until the matter has been resolved.
5. Make call backs within a timely manner.
6. Foster positive interaction and relationships with all internal departments.
7. Maintain thorough documentation and confidentiality.
8. Responds to claims status fax inquiries timely. Follow up if needed.
9. Performs other assigned duties/ special projects on as-needed basis.
You work remotely, part-time with full benefits.
*Other positions are available too but CSR is urgently needed with Cash Vendor position.
