Structural Fitter Welder

Pay: $22+/hr.

Hours: Monday- Friday 5:30PM-3AM

Job Type:  Temp-Hire

Location: Catoosa, Oklahoma

Weld Test: Must pass 2G and 3G weld test (must have 2 years of experience and fitting experience)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking individuals who possess exceptional skills in laying out, fitting, and welding fabricated components to assemble structural forms. Proficiency in blueprint reading for layout purposes is a must. The ideal candidate will have the ability to carefully select equipment and plan the layout, assembly, and welding process. They should be adept at positioning, aligning, and fitting components together, whether by manual means or using overhead or jib cranes. Setting up welding machinery requires expertise in assembling and disassembling welding tips and liners, adjusting wire feed and voltage, and utilizing arc or gas-shielded arc welding equipment. Additionally, candidates should be capable of repairing products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling parts. Proficiency in operating cutting torches, plasma torches, small saw machines, and iron machines for cutting, coping, and notching materials is also essential. While one year of structural fitting experience is recommended, we welcome candidates who demonstrate a strong aptitude for this role and are eager to contribute to our team.
