Job Description

Primary Task: To support our data management and application needs within our operations in Chennai and beyond by designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining dependable and efficient SQL databases, scripts, and stored procedures.

Responsibilities

Make and keep up with database documentation, such as ER diagrams and data dictionaries.

Optimise SQL queries for scalability and performance.

To automate processes and enforce business rules, create and implement stored procedures, functions, triggers, and other database objects.

For data integration activities, use scripting languages (like Python) or ETL solutions.

Track database performance and spot any problems.

When it comes to database scripts and schema modifications, use version control systems.

Keep abreast on the most recent developments in database technologies, SQL features, and best practices that pertain to our Chennai technology stack.

Required Abilities:

strong grasp of the ideas and concepts of relational databases.

ability to write sophisticated SQL queries.

strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
